1. Interest capitalisation annually. Interest rate applicable is variable. ACCBank may change the interest rate at its discretion. Changes to interest rate for accounts held in Euro will be advised by placing a notice in the National Press.
2. There is a minimum lodgement of €2,500 to open a demand deposit account. A minimum transaction amount of €1,000 applies to any additional lodgements or withdrawals, unless the withdrawal is to close the account. Lodgements and withdrawals can be made by cheque, bank draft or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Cash transactions are not permitted.
3. Annual statements issued on this account.
4. Minimum balance of €1.
5. Maximum balance of €1,000,000 per customer, per account.
6. Additional lodgements cannot be made during the 12 month term.
7. If you do not renew the account by the end of the 12 month term, it will convert to an Easy Access Account.
8. No withdrawals permitted. Withdrawals are not a feature of this account. A withdrawal will result in an interest rate of 1% AER being applied to the entire balance for the entire term. The remaining balance will transfer to an Easy Access Account.
9. The above rate does not include bonuses. An additional bonus rate of 2.20% AER is payable for 12 months after the account is opened, provided no more than 2 withdrawals are made in that time.
10. A minimum deposit of €1 and maximum balance of €100,000 applies.
11. Interest rate is variable. The interest is capitalised annually.

13. This rate expires on 31 December 2010.
14. Interest is paid annually.
15. This is the Freedom 30 account.
16. One withdrawal of 50% of your deposit is permitted without notice or loss of interest prior to maturity on 31 May 2011. Closure of the account or further withdrawals are not permitted until the day after maturity on 1 August 2011.
17. Customers can also top up this account while the bond issue is open.
18. Fixed Rate Flexible Bond. Interest is calculated daily and paid on maturity on 31 May 2011.
19. Only one account permitted per customer.
20. Rate is fixed for the term, interest is paid on maturity, monthly option available. No additional lodgements permitted during term.
21. This account has to be managed online.
22. Minimum deposit is €1. Maximum deposit is €50,000.
23. No notice required for withdrawals, but a lower rate of 1% will apply for any month during which a withdrawal is made.
24. Interest is paid annually. Annual statements are issued on accounts.
25. You can make six withdrawals per year free of charge. If you make more than six withdrawals in the year (between 1 April and 31 March) and the amount of interest earned on the account is less than the interest charge amount, the difference will be deducted from the balance in the account on closure.
26. This is the Easy Access savings account.
27. You cannot add funds to the account once the initial lodgement has been made.
28. No partial withdrawals can be made once the account has been opened. However, you can withdraw all of your funds at any time by closing the account.
29. If you close the account early, a 90 day interest charge will apply.
30. If the amount of interest earned on the account is less than the interest charge amount, the difference will be deducted from the balance on the account on closure.
31. This is the 12-Month Fixed Rate account.
32. This product is only available online.
33. Rate is fixed until 15 August 2011.
34. Interest paid within 30 days of account being opened. The credit interest can be sent by cheque or paid into a Permanent TSB current, notice or demand deposit account
35. Withdrawals are only allowed in exceptional circumstances - a withdrawal will result in an interest penalty and the account will be closed.
36. Withdrawals may be made 14 days after the account is opened without incurring an early withdrawal charge. If the account is renewed withdrawals can be made up to 14 days after the maturity date without charge. However all other withdrawals will incur an early withdrawal charge.
37. Additional lodgements are not permitted unless made within 14 days after the account is opened or 14 days after the maturity date.
38. Only available online.
39. There is a 1-month term deposit account available. The rate on this account is 0.20% AER.
40. The above rate does not include bonuses. An additional bonus rate of 1.00% is provided to consumers for the first six months after the account is opened,.
41. Maximum balance of €1,000,000.
42. Interest is calculated daily and paid annually in October.
43. Interest capitalisation is at the maturity of the account.
44. Break costs are applied to the early redemption of fixed accounts.
45. Accounts will automatically be reinvested for the same period at maturity unless ACC receives an instruction from the customer prior to 3.00 pm on the day of maturity. Confirmation/reinvestment letters are issued to customers at account opening/reinvestment date.
46. Break costs are applied to withdrawals or lodgements made before the maturity date.
47. There is a minimum lodgement of €10,000 required to open a fixed term deposit account. A minimum transaction amount of €1,000 applies to any additional lodgements or withdrawals made on maturity, unless the withdrawal is to close the account or constitutes a withdrawal of interest earned on the account. Lodgements and withdrawals can be made by cheque, bank draft or EFT (Electronic Funds transfer). Cash transactions are not permitted.
48. For balances over €15,000, the rate is 2.10%. The rate is 0.01% for balances below €15,000.
49. Interest accrues daily and is paid to the account at the end of the 1 year term.
50. During the 1 year term customers can make a one time only 20% withdrawal from the account. The withdrawal will be an instant access withdrawal.
51. Amounts up to €20,000 receive a rate of 3.25% AER. Savings above €20,000.01 receive a rate of 2.00% AER.
52. Interest paid annually, monthly option available. Interest rate will remain within 1% of ECB rate until 2011. Penalty equivalent to 30 days interest on the amount of withdrawal applies if no notice is given.
53. Interest rate is fixed for the term, interest is paid on maturity. No withdrawals or additional lodgements are permitted during term.
54. For amounts over €25,000 the AER rate is 2.30%.
55. Minimum balance of €15,000.
56. Maximum balance of €1,000,000.
