1. Interest capitalisation annually. Interest rate applicable is variable. ACCBank may change the interest rate at its discretion. Changes to interest rate for accounts held in Euro will be advised by placing a notice in the National Press.
2. There is a minimum lodgement of €2,500 to open a demand deposit account. A minimum transaction amount of €1,000 applies to any additional lodgements or withdrawals, unless the withdrawal is to close the account. Lodgements and withdrawals can be made by cheque, bank draft or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Cash transactions are not permitted.
3. Annual statements issued on this account.
4. Minimum balance of €1.
5. Maximum balance of €1,000,000 per customer, per account.
6. Additional lodgements cannot be made during the 12 month term.
7. If you do not renew the account by the end of the 12 month term, it will convert to an Easy Access Account.
8. No withdrawals permitted. Withdrawals are not a feature of this account. A withdrawal will result in an interest rate of 1% AER being applied to the entire balance for the entire term. The remaining balance will transfer to an Easy Access Account.

31. There is a 1-month term deposit account available. The rate on this account is 0.20% AER.

33. Break costs are applied to the early redemption of fixed accounts.
34. Accounts will automatically be reinvested for the same period at maturity unless ACC receives an instruction from the customer prior to 3.00 pm on the day of maturity. Confirmation/reinvestment letters are issued to customers at account opening/reinvestment date.
35. Break costs are applied to withdrawals or lodgements made before the maturity date.
36. There is a minimum lodgement of €10,000 required to open a fixed term deposit account. A minimum transaction amount of €1,000 applies to any additional lodgements or withdrawals made on maturity, unless the withdrawal is to close the account or constitutes a withdrawal of interest earned on the account. Lodgements and withdrawals can be made by cheque, bank draft or EFT (Electronic Funds transfer). Cash transactions are not permitted.
37. Interest accrues daily and is paid to the account at the end of the 1 year term.
38. During the 1 year term customers can make a one time only 20% withdrawal from the account. The withdrawal will be an instant access withdrawal.

40. Amounts up to €20,000 receive a rate of 3.25% AER. Savings above €20,000.01 receive a rate of 2.00% AER.
41. Interest paid annually, monthly option available. Interest rate will remain within 1% of ECB rate until 2011. Penalty equivalent to 30 days interest on the amount of withdrawal applies if no notice is given.
42. Interest rate is fixed for the term, interest is paid on maturity. No withdrawals or additional lodgements are permitted during term.
43. The above rate does not include bonuses. An additional bonus rate of 0.50% AER is provided to customers for the first six months after the account has been opened. There are no conditions on this bonus.
44. No notice required for withdrawals, however no interest will be paid in any month where a withdrawal is made.
